In today's online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That's why we've created a generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to learn more about how we ship or exchange products. If in doubt, get in touch.


EXCHANGES AND RETURNS 


The situations for Exchange and Returns of products are as follows:

· Cancellation of purchase
· Damaged product
· Product defect
· Operational error
· Product incompatibility

· All returned merchandise must accompany the original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

· If there are signs of fall, misuse, intentionally burned components, broken seals or physical damage of any kind or if the product does not return in its original packaging, the return will not be accepted. Therefore, we will send the product to the respective delivery address.

· All products will undergo a technical analysis for verification within
  3 working days  after delivery to our headquarters.

. The maximum period for exchange is
  7 calendar days  from receipt of the goods.

· After 7 days, the product will be forwarded to its respective manufacturer or importer for verification and testing. In this case, the total period for replacement or repair of the products is up to 30 days, as provided for by the Consumer Protection Code.

· Return and resending freight is always at the customer's expense, and can be reimbursed by Best Secret
  in specific situations of store operational error at some stage of delivery.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the following cases: In cases of return due to withdrawal of purchase; Resubmissions due to incompatibility.
